Chesterfield-Hamilton Fire District #1 Qualifications for the position of Career Firefighter/EMT.

Applicants must possess the following minimum qualifications:

NJDFS Firefighter One
NJDFS Incident Management Level One
NJDHSS Emergency Medical Technician – Basic
NJMVC Driver’s License

Applicants are required to have a clear criminal history, driving record, and be eligible for the New Jersey Police and Fire Retirement System. Applications may be picked up from February 4th – 8th in person between the hours of 9am and 5pm at:
