Welcome to Crosswicksfire.org. This is the official website of the Union Fire Company #1 protecting Chesterfield / Hamilton Township Fire District 1. The company is made up of volunteers who are supported Monday-Friday from 7am to 5pm by four career firefighters. We are your fire company providing service to our neighbors since 1822. Feel free to look around the site and learn about us. Your feedback is welcomed as this site is always evolving.

On November 18th, the Board of Commissioners for the Chesterfield-Hamilton Fire District No. 1 announced that Joseph Palombi Jr. is now promoted to the rank of Lieutenant. The fire district and the fire company wish him congratulations and the very best of luck in his new position.

Congratulations to the winners of the 2008 Fire Prevention Poster Contest! The posters we received this year were great! This made it very hard to pick a winner, but after some tough thinking, we decided upon them. Each grade had a grand prize winner who received a $15 gift certificate to Dairy Queen.

October 5-11 is Fire Prevention Week

The Union Fire Company will be out visiting area schools and educating our youth. We will be out at:

Oct 7 - Chest Elementary School & Church of God
Oct 8 - CB Lamb Elementary School
Oct 9 - Village Nursery School

Students can expect to see firefighters talk about the importance of fire safety, a fireman's gear, and their favorite... the fire trucks! For more information about Fire Prevention Week, please visit www.firepreventionweek.org.

The Chesterfield-Hamilton Fire District #1 and The Union Fire Company would like to welcome our newest employee, Marques Fields. Marques joins us from Mount Holly EMS and Westampton Station 272 where he volunteers and serves as Squad Sergeant. Welcome aboard Marques!
